Amey Staff gift raffle prizes to Maggies Centre Airdrie for Christmas Lunch Fundraiser

December 2023 - Maggies Centre Christmas Lunch Fundraiser

In early December 2023, Maggies Cancer Care Centre staff adjacent to Monklands Hospital, Airdrie reached out to Amey’s Bargeddie Office staff asking for help with raising donations of fundraising prizes for Maggie’s annual Christmas charity luncheon. Despite the short timescales, Amey staff donated numerous bottles of alcoholic spirits to the charity bucket in their office, which came to the value of £270. Maggie’s member of staff Colin Mathieson (photographed below with Amey’s Joanna Cullen & Kimberley McKenna) was delighted to attend Amey’s Bargeddie Office to collect the charity donation and meet staff during Christmas jumper day.
