Customer Satisfaction Survey
The M8 M74 M73 Motorway Improvement Project was successfully opened to traffic in June 2017. This provided the "missing link" between Glasgow and Edinburgh with a full motorway link between these two cities. As well as the M8 new motorway, the project delivered much improved motorway links to the M73, M74 and surrounding roads.
The project would like to gauge the thoughts of the travelling public which use the facilities provided by the Project, in answering a few questions.
